We generally make an exclusive agent agreement, and we will be allowed to create sub agents, other channel partners which shall be managed and controlled by the sole agent in their respective area or country. To support our channel partners we extend training to their marketing & sales person/s in Molecular Diagnostics & also for Organic farming segment, so that queries from the Lab owners / doctors / researchers / farm owners / farmers / govt. bodies can be answered. Every activity is Linked with business volume & feasibility We also seek the possibility to share any Reagent Agreement Plan (RAP) and clauses of terms And conditions so that we can review, understand and felicitate this business model for secure and long term quantum of business.
